Refund Policy

We want you to buy with confidence, which is why the entire studio is free to use before you pay.

Try the whole thing first, free

Every strut and hub schedule, the 3D model, the cut list, the cost estimate, and the structural check are all free in the studio, for your exact dome. You can see precisely what you're getting before you spend anything. A plan set is the formatted, print-ready PDF plus the CNC (DXF) files of that same design.

If something's wrong, we'll make it right

If your download doesn't unlock, a file is corrupt or won't open, or the plan set is materially not what the studio showed you, email [email protected] within 30 days. We'll fix it or refund you in full, your choice.

Changed your mind?

Plan sets are digital files delivered instantly, so once you've downloaded them they can't be “returned.” Change-of-mind requests are handled case by case, at our discretion, write to us and we'll be reasonable. Because you can preview everything for free before buying, we generally don't refund simply for a change of heart on files already downloaded.

Before you dispute a charge

If a charge looks wrong or a download didn't work, please email us first, we can almost always sort it out faster than a card dispute, including re-sending your unlock link. Charges appear on your statement as DOMEFAB.COM.
